    Do I need a new website?

    Usually, no. We add the assistant to your existing website and check your platform supports installation before starting. A new website can be quoted separately if you need one.

    Where does the assistant get its answers?

    From the business information you approve: your website, FAQs, service information and extra documents. We organise that knowledge and test the assistant before launch.

    Can it take bookings?

    The standard package can guide visitors to your existing booking page and collect booking enquiries. Reading live availability or confirming bookings inside another system is an additional integration.

    What happens when it doesn’t know?

    It should say so and guide the visitor to your team. We agree on the questions it can answer and where it should hand over.

    What does ongoing care include?

    Hosting, monitoring and help keeping the assistant useful. We confirm message usage, content updates and support allowances in your quote before setup.
